What's your sign? How does Sex relate to the Zodiac?

Does anyone ever ask, "what's your sign" any more? If not, they should. You never know what that little piece of information might tell you. Check out what kind of sex your mate likes according to their Zodiac sign.

Aquarius
The Aquarius man or woman is fun and exciting in bed. It's like a game to them and they want spontaneity and most often a quickie! Passion and romance is not that important. Keep your emotions at bay in bed with an Aquarius, they may get bored with you rather quickly.
Aquarius erogenous zones are the calves and ankles.

Pisces
Pisces are very sexual, and sex can be quite spiritual to them. They love to seduce their mate and are very physical in bed. Keep an open mind, and dress up for role playing. You won't be disappointed; your Pisces mate will make sure you enjoy it.
Pisces erogenous zones are the feet and toes. If you are into it, sucking on their toes will drive them over the edge!

Aries
Aries love to dominate in bed and like being on top. They will take control of the sexual encounter and love to do things hard and fast. They tend to get rough, so be prepared.
Aries' erogenous zones are from the neck up.

Taurus
Passion is the name of their game. In bed, Taureans lack a variety but make up for it in passionate, slow love making. Their stamina will have you going all night.
Taurus' erogenous zones are the neck and throat. Kiss their necks, and they will melt in your hands.

Gemini
Geminis are very willing and ready for whenever and wherever you are! They are a handful, and it will take a lot to keep up with them. If you are not up to this challenge, don't waste your time or that of the Gemini. Trying new things and keeping it fresh will help build a deeper sexual connection.
Their erogenous zones are the arms and hands.

Cancer
Cancer is a very physical and sensual lover. They love to entice all the senses. They will light candles, throw rose petals and tease you with foreplay all leading up to intercourse. They can be a bit conservative but will try new things if enticed with the right person.
Their erogenous zones are the chest and breasts. Cancer men and women both love having their nipples nibbled on gently.

Leo
Leos love passionate and slow love making. They love to touch and be touched; massage plays an important role in foreplay. They might not like too much variety, but they are the best at what they do, and you wont be disappointed.
Their erogenous zone is their backs.

Virgo
Virgo is the least sexual sign of the Zodiac. This doesn't mean they don't like sex, it just means they are more reserved and are not into one night stands. You need to take your time with a Virgo, but the time you put in will be worth the passion it produces.
The Virgo's erogenous zone is the stomach; kiss and touch lightly to stir their deep passion.

Libra
Sex with a Libra is like a dream. It is enchanting and sensual and almost like being in a movie. They don't like trashy sex, so don't expect them to jump in the back seat of your car on a date--won't happen.
Libras' erogenous zone is the small of their backs. Gently massage in that area will set the mood perfectly. A soft pinch or slap on the buttocks(spank) will have the same effect; not all Libras like the same thing.

Scorpio
Scorpios are the most sexual  of all Zodiac signs. They keep on going and going. They are intense and very physical, and it is an experience you won't soon forget.
They erogenous zones are the genitalia. Everyone is sensitive in this area, but Scorpios only need the slightest touch to get them going.

Sagittarius
Sagittarius are adventurous and exciting; you may find yourself having sex out on a beach or a rooftop with them. They live for the moment, and one night stands are usually the extent of their relationships. They are capable of love and faithfulness, but it will take an exceptional person and deep love to accomplish this.
Their erogenous zone is the inner thigh; light touches and kisses in this area will have them reeling in pleasure.

Capricorn
Sex with a Capricorn is sensual and long. They have stamina and can keep pleasing for hours. They are not into crazy positions but what they do is exceptional. They love to be in love, so one night stands aren't going to happen often. Look for a relationship before the Capricorn opens up to you and lets you in.
Capricorns' erogenous zone is their legs. Tickle, kiss, or caress the back of their legs behind the knee, and they will be all over you.

Want to get flat abs? Here are some tips

Woman measuring stomachSuck in That Gut

A flat stomach is a sure sign of physical fitness, but getting one can be extremely difficult. Use the tips in this gallery and you'll be showing off your flat abs in no time!
One simple tip you should remember to use throughout the day is to suck in your gut. We often leave our abdominal muscles completely relaxed while we sit around all day, and that leads to the development of a big belly. Sucking in your gut tones your ab muscles, makes you appear thinner, and improves your posture. Try pulling your belly button back toward your spine and holding it there for 20-30 seconds as often as you can during the day. These mini-workouts will really add up!

Cardio and More Cardio

If you thought you could avoid the gym and get flat abs, stop dreaming. The single best solution for reducing belly fat is lots and lots of cardio. It's impossible to target fat in only one portion of the body, soactivities like running, biking, and swimming are your best bet for dropping weight. Belly fat are also some of the last pounds to drop for most people, so don't get discouraged and just keep that heart pumping.

Reduce Stress

Angry woman stressed outStudies have shown that high levels of stress tend to increase the amount of fat gained around the midsection. If you're constantly stressing out or just don't get enough sleep, you're basically asking for a big belly. Rest and relaxation are extremely important elements of weight loss, so make sure you're not overworking yourself. If your stress levels are really high, try playing a sport or doing some vigorous exercise to calm your nerves.

Watch Your Diet

Exercise alone will make a difference in your weight, but you'll only notice a drastic change in your body if you adjust your diet. Focus on eating mostly lean proteins and fresh vegetables while avoiding large amounts of complex carbohydrates. You'll also want to reduce your intake of sodium, starches, and carbonated beverages to reduce bloating. A healthy diet combined with exercise will make the fat just melt away.

Crunches

Woman doing crunchesEven if you manage to drop a lot of weight, your stomach will still look soft and squishy unless you work your abdominal muscles. Luckily, crunches are very easy, and doing them a few minutes each day can make a big difference! Make sure to do crunches slowly and with good form, or else you aren't getting the full benefit from this exercise.

Utilize Props

If you're having trouble strengthening your core, try to utilize props, such as exercise balls, that make you focus on balance. Try doing any of these simple exercises while balancing on a ball and see if you notice a difference:
  • Push ups
  • Crunches
  • Bridges
The unstable surface of the ball makes your muscles work harder to maintain a position. All those little adjustments and wiggles really add up!
