Hip Dress, Behold Me Loins!

Wearing an unfinished dress by the Michelin tire company, Paris Hilton hit up an event in Hollywood last night....and modeled her svelte groin area for a crowd of strangers. Be the judge, fashion hit or miss?

    Even after the drugs alcohol and acting a fool she still have a banging body (well what do you expect when you are a Hilton )....A definitely HIT
