Usher in Panama for JB

After the crazy week that Justin Bieber had in Miami, FL last week, he packed up his bags and got out to Panama where he can hide out as best he can from all the attention that he's attracted to himself with his arrest. Bieber is in Panama with his manager Scooter Braun and his mentor Usher. Although it hasn't been plainly spelled out, it would appear that some sort of "intervention-like" summit is taking place in Panama in an attempt to get Justin to clean up his act.
