The 39 year old rapper, who has had extensive plastic surgery to her face is pregnant. She surprised everyone on Wednesday when she showed up with a huge baby bump at the New York Fashion Week. Confirming that being a mother won't stop her extrovert personality and won't slow her down, she was quoted saying, "I'm still going to work. I'm still going to be hardcore. The baby has made me even more of a beast". Recently Kim has been linked to professional boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr., 36, and the pair were said to be still "dating" in September last year.
